GHI has re-designed the electrolyzer from the ground up. Working with our partners at Hydrogen Optimized we have developed a low-cost direct DC solar electrolyzer skid that wil reduce the project CAPEX by 60% compared to traditional AC designed hydrogen projects.
GHI's salt caverns at Gyp Hill and Piedras Pintas enable the project to handle seasonal and daily intermittency in production and reduce costs even further.
